Введение

Понимание социального поведения кошек имеет большое значение для диагностики и устранения конфликтов среди членов колонии, а также для установления дружелюбных отношений между кошками. Вид считается социально развитым, “если его члены живут устойчивыми парами, семьями или более крупными группами и, как следствие, значительная часть их суммарной активности приходится на социальное поведение” (Immelman, Beer, 1989). Социальные группы формируются быстрее, если какой-либо ценный ресурс распределен так, что его трудно охранять в одиночку и только групповая охрана достаточно эффективна.
